3 Aug 1807	Patrick Riley Sr of Clay co AND Zaccariah Riley of Clay co Tr: Deed of Gift - In consideration of love, goodwill and affection for his loving son Zaccariah - Patrick Sr now grants him all his goods in his present dwelling house: Two cows, three two-year old heifers, two yearlings and three calves, one horse beast, two feather beds and fUrnitUI one half dozen puter plates, one large puter dish and two barons, thirty head hogs, two pots and one oven, and the present crop of corn as it stands. 28 Sep 1807	At court held for Scott co at court house in George Town Samuel Shepherd and Thomas Barlow were apptd administrators of estate of William Barlow dec'd. Henry Barlow, father of the said William dec'd appeared and relinquished his right of administration. Samuel Shepherd and Thomas Barlow took the oath and entered into and acknowledged their bond with Henry Barlow, William Henry, William Warren, William Sutton and Richard M Johnston Esqrs their securities in sum of 30,000 pounds. 3 Oct 1808	Commissioners Robert Rode (Rodes), William Irvine, Hale (Haile) Talbot and Christopher Irvine of Madison co Ky TO Joseph Bledsoe, Purchaser, of Garrard co Ky Tr: Under decree of United States Circuit court in a suit in chancery where William M Bledsoe and Co were complainants AND John Lewis and others were Defendants Tr: The Commissioners were directed to sell 4458 A land in name of John Lewis, lying on Goose Creek and the Ky Hiver, Beginning at a corner of a Survey of 10,240 A of said Lewis and in line with a 36,000 A Survey made for said Lewis. 4 Oct 1808	Joseph Bledsoe and Pegga his wife TO William M Bledsoe Tr: Deed of bargain dated 3 Oct 1808 was made to Joseph Bledsoe by the Commissioners Robert Rode, William Irvine, Hale Talbot and Christopher Irvine in a suit in chancery wherein William M Bledsoe and others were Complainants and John Lewis and others were Defendants - consisting of 4458 A sold for $107.
