Tr: Article of Agreement - In consideration of $1100 in merchandise out of his store in Abingdon at 25 percentum on the Baltimore cost reserving to himself the difference in the currency of Md and Va, and $50 in money - Ballenger conveys one quarter equal part of 400 A land in Madison co Ky on Collins fork of Goose Creek Entered, Surveyed and Patented in name of Jacob Myers, which tract includes the salt works now occupied by Alexander S Outlaw Jr and John Ballenger (including kittles, buckets, troughs, oven carts). Also 400 A Entered in name of Thomas Nicholson in considezation of $2000 paid him by White.
