| 4 Sep 1807 | John Bates of Clay co AND Beverly Broaddus of Clay- co Tr: Article of Agreement - Broaddus will allow Bates to get, cut and haul wood for the purpose of boiling salt off a 400 A tract purchased by Broaddus of George James. Bates will let Broaddus have the privilege of boiling one furnace out of any salt water well that Bates may have. |

James McDaniel TO Patrick Gray of Jessamine co Ky and his attny William Gray Tr: Power of Attny - Patrick Gray was attny of James McDaniel and Jane McDaniel, heirs of William Hauskins late of Halifax co Va dec'd. Patrick Gray now appts his son William Gray of Jessamine co Ky attny to work on behalf of James and Jane McDaniel and to receive of the Executors of William Hauskins dec'd the part devised by will dated 19 Sep 1806, or otherwise.
