Tr: Conveyance of 600 A by Patent and Survey lying in Clay co - in consideration of $65. (Being formerly Madison co)
Wt: William M Bledsoe, Thomas Langford, Robert Langford
Rockastle co clerk: Henry P Buford, who recorded the deed and also obtained relinquishment of dowry rights from Lois Langford.

12 Nov 1810 Abner Baker, John Bates, Thomas McRoberts are all indebted to the Commonwealth of KY for $10,000 - the condition being that Abner Baker shall truly discharge his duties as clerk of Circuit court of Clay co Ky.
Wt: Samuel Todd, Daniel Garrard, assistant judges of county and circuit of Clay.

Tr: Conveyance of 200 A land in Madison co on the south fork of the Ky River (by Crump's line).

Elias Fort of South Carolina
Tr: In consideration of $500 paid by Elias of state of South Carolina and district of Darlington, conveyance of four plantations or tracts of land:
1. 100 A in Darlington district on south side of black creek on Snake branch which was granted to Lewis Davis 23 Jan 177? and conveyed to Egbert by Lewis Davis and his wife Catherine on the 14th and 15th of May 1787.
2. 270 A on south side of black creek on Snake Branch bounded by Burger lands and Lewis Davis lands, and granted to John Hodges by his Excellency William Maultrie, Governor of South Carolina on 4 Dec 1786, and by deed from Hodges 2 Dec 1787 conveyed to Egbert.
3. 100 A on south side of black creek on Snake Branch bounded by Burger lands and Lewis Davis lands and vacant land and granted to Henry Bradford by his Excellency Thomas Pinc?? Governor of South Carolina 3 Sep 1787, and then conveyed by to Egbert 10 Feb 1789.
4. 200 A, being part of 575 A granted Jesse Mercer by his Excellency William Moultrie, Governor of South Carolina 7 Jan 1793, and conveyed to Egbert 12 Mar 1794.
